The present study has been investigated the relationship between Emotional intelligence AND working life quality with job adjustment. Research method was Descriptive –Correlative AND statistical population of this research consisted of all REGISTERED AND unREGISTERED TEACHERS in elementary school of Sardasht province schools in 1389-90. Data gathering tools included Bradbury’s AND Geriw's emotional intelligence questionnaires, AND Walton’s working life quality questionnaire, AND Bell’s job adjustment questionnaire. For hypothesis testing, Pearson correlation test AND step by step Regression were used, AND result of statistical tests revealed that: There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence AND working life quality. On the other hAND, there is a significance relationship between emotional intelligence AND job adjustment among REGISTERED TEACHERS; but there is no significance among unREGISTERED TEACHERS. In addition, components of emotional intelligence components are not appropriate predicators for job adjustments of them.

2Various researches have shown that Iran's educational system does not pay enough attention to cultural differences AND mostly promotes the dominant AND official national culture in an engineered way. The focus of these researches has been focused on the inputs of the educational system. The current research, relying on the mixed exploratory method, tried to examine both the inputs AND educational processes in order to test the truth of this claim, whether such a claim is consistent with the reality in the educational system. In this way, in the qualitative part, first the TEACHERS' lived experiences of the criteria that were considered for their selection AND employment were analyzed (inputs), AND then in the quantitative part, the teacher's success in the classroom was analyzed. It was predicted based on the mentioned criteria (processes). The findings of this research showed that scientific identity AND ideological identity are valued in the recruitment of TEACHERS, AND because of this, criteria such as personal success, special privileges, AND religious AND moral foundations are put forward. However, it is only the teacher's personal success that can predict his success in the classroom. This shows that the ideological identity is only manifested in the inputs AND is practically not institutionalized in the classroom AND teaching processes. In this way, considering Iran's educational system as ideological does not match the realities of the educational system.

Teacher factors encompass the TEACHERS’ cognitive AND affective characteristics that are likely to affect their instructional efficacy. Language teacher immunity is one of the affective factors that determines the TEACHERS’ psychological well-being in their settings. The present study strived to itemize the factors in novice AND experienced EFL instructors’ teacher immunity philosophy. To this end, first, the researchers used convenience sampling for selecting 62 EFL TEACHERS including 38 novice AND 24 experienced TEACHERS at ten prominent language institutes in Tabriz (Iran) as the participants. Second, they conducted 30-minute interviews with the participants for determining the factors that influenced their TI philosophy using a researcher-developed semi-structured interview protocol. Lastly, they used thematic analysis in order to particularize the main factors in their teacher immunity philosophy. The findings of the study indicated that while the novice TEACHERS considered external support as the main factor in their philosophy, the experienced TEACHERS regarded their internal strength as the decisive factor that influenced their teacher immunity philosophy. The findings may have practical implications for teacher education courses in foreign language contexts.

Growing involvement of intellectual assets in today’ s international commerce has inevitably increased international disputes concerning intellectual property rights between private parties. Given that many of such disputes involve parties from different countries AND intellectual properties arising under the laws of more than one country, the parties to the dispute may find it undesirable or cumbersome to recourse to national courts. In particular, the territorial nature of intellectual property renders these disputes incapable of being resolved on an international basis. The multiplicity of litigation proceedings is susceptible to serious inconsistencies coupled with uncertainty AND expense of enforcing foreign judgments in certain jurisdictions. International arbitration, as an interesting alternative to court litigation, can offer genuine advantages to settle intellectual property disputes. Yet, in many legal systems, the arbitrability of intellectual property disputes has been far from settled. Since Intellectual property rights are in fact monopolies granted by States AND many of them must be REGISTERED with a State authority if they are to subsist, the question of whether parties can validly submit intellectual property disputes to arbitration has given rise to a historical national resistance to arbitration of intellectual property disputes in general AND REGISTERED intellectual property disputes in particular. Today, national legal systems tend to take different approaches to this issue; from excluding arbitration on REGISTERED intellectual property disputes together with recognizing full arbitrability of all disputes concerning REGISTERED intellectual property rights. Nevertheless, a comparative study of modern legal systems AND their developments shows that the prevailing trends are shifting toward making most intellectual property disputes arbitrable.

The aim of this research is to examine the jurisprudential AND legal dimensions of the status of children born from unREGISTERED marriages AND to analyze the religious AND legal foundations related to this issue. This study seeks to address the legal AND social problems AND challenges arising from such marriages AND to provide appropriate solutions for improving the legal status of these children. The research method employed in this article is descriptive-analytical, based on a review of library resources, scholarly articles, AND the existing laws AND regulations in Iran AND other Islamic countries. Additionally, a comparative analysis with other countries AND an evaluation of successful experiences in dealing with unREGISTERED marriages have also been conducted. The findings of this study indicate that unREGISTERED marriages can lead to multiple legal AND social problems for both the children AND the couples. However, legal reforms AND jurisprudential solutions can contribute to improving the legal status of these children. Moreover, the role of social AND cultural institutions in reducing unREGISTERED marriages is of significant importance.

Legal protection of trademarks in first to file systems is subject to registration of trademarks. Yet, the important question is that if a person makes using from the trademark without complying the registration formalities, whether can he/she claim legal protection based on this prior use or not? It should be said that despite the fact that trademark registration creates an exclusive right, it is not possible to completely ignore the prior use of the trademark as well as the reputation achieved by trademarks used in commercial markets AND rights of prior users cannot be denied simply because those marks are not REGISTERED. The present research tries to analyze the efforts of various legal systems in weighing AND adjusting the need for trademark registration on the one hAND AND the need to protect the rights arising from the prior use AND acquired rights of prior users AND try to prevent consumers from being misled, AND seeks to enumerate the conditions AND criteria of applying the right of priority due to use based on the existing legislative AND judicial sources of legal systems studied. The authors have considered the verdicts of domestic AND foreign courts, the legal texts of countries AND international documents.

In this article, the close AND direct relation between information systems AND REGISTERED statistical order is taken into consideration. By explaining the way the order is applied AND how it is established, the proper use of the information systems is illustrated. The author believes that data are produced while most organizations are practicing daily operations AND are sent, along with information forms, into files AND archives.Therefore, if we want to have a record of daily, monthly or yearly operations, we should find AND process the archived data one by one but this is extremely exhausting.So by daily recording of the data while the operation is being done, it is always possible to precisely avail ourselves of processed reports AND save time AND energy. This is only possible when the relation between the REGISTERED statistical order AND the information systems is properly set up.
